Lenzerheide, Switzerland Engagement Photoshoot

It rained, it was cloudy, it was sunny, and it was fabulous! Alena and Steven travelled to Switzerland from the USA for a holiday and I was so happy when they asked me to capture their engagement photos. Even better when they said they wanted to come to Lenzerheide, Switzerland! It’s so great being able to take people around this beautiful place. Located high up in the Swiss Alps in the canton of Graubünden, Lenzerheide is one of Switzerland's hidden gems.

On the first day we took photos near Guarda Val hotel (one of my favourite hotels and highly recommended for your stay in Lenzerheide!) and then had a drink in one of their beautiful restaurants. On the second day we headed up with the gondola on the Rothorn Bahn. We only went up halfway, but you can also go all the way to the top. It was a beautiful sunny day so we can amazing views down to Lenzerheide and the valley below.

We came to Switzerland from the United States and going into it, did not have a specific destination in mind, but knew we wanted beautiful Swiss mountain photos.
